I provide specialist legal advice, drafting and representation across a range of matters. This includes written opinions, court pleadings and advocacy. I accept instructions both through solicitors and directly from members of the public under the Direct Access scheme, where appropriate.

You may instruct me either through a solicitor or directly under the Direct Access scheme. If you already have a solicitor, they can contact me directly to arrange instructions. If you wish to instruct me directly, please get in touch with a brief outline of your matter, via the initial consultation form, so I can confirm if Direct Access is suitable for your case.

My fees vary depending on the nature, complexity, and urgency of the work involved. I aim to provide transparent and competitive pricing, and will aim to agree fees in advance wherever possible. A tailored quote will be provided once I have sufficient details about your case.

I generally work on a fixed-fee basis for specific pieces of work, such as advice or hearings, where appropriate. In some cases, hourly rates or staged fees may apply, particularly for ongoing or complex matters. All fee arrangements are discussed and agreed in advance.
-
In certain cases, I may consider Conditional Fee Agreements (commonly known as “no win, no fee”), subject to the merits and circumstances of the case. Please arrange an initial consultation with me so this can be assessed.

I understand that some matters require immediate attention. Urgent instructions can often be accommodated at short notice, depending on availability. Please clearly mark your enquiry as urgent and include any relevant deadlines so I can prioritise your request.
